Septic

The Waste Water Disposal Zone was formed in 1980 which mandates the District powers for compliance. The Irish Beach Water District passed Resolution 93-5 which requires that all septic tanks be inspected and/or "pumped" if necessary, every five years by a registered sanitarian or a septic tank operator. This insures complaince with state and health regulations. Resolution 2011-2 was passed to establish discharge limits of waste that may contaminate the waters of the state, flowing through Irish Beach.
